For gowns being ordered locally a 50% deposit is payable on acceptance of quote/order date and the balance to be settled upon arrival of the dress. Once a dress was bought or ordered, NO REFUNDS will be made.

For gowns being ordered abroad from Ricca Sposa a 70% deposit is payable on acceptance of quote/order date and the balance to be settled upon arrival of the dress. Once a dress was bought or ordered, NO REFUNDS will be made.

Once a deposit for rental only has been put down, refunds will only be made within the 4 working days from when the payment was made. Please note that working days are from Mon-Sat, this excludes Public Holidays.

Alteration Costs will be on the clients account, permanent alterations can only be made if a dress is bought, but when rented only temporary alterations can be done (depending on the dress material & the type of alteration needed).

Appointments have to be made, to control the amount of people coming for fittings.

We want to reassure you that it’s safe and we only allow 4 people max at a time with each bride. Only 1 bride will be fitting on a hourly basis. Before entering our studio there be will a screening process take place. Sanitizing will also be done when entering the studio. Masks must be worn by consultants and family members or friends at all times. We want to assure everyone’s safety as far as possible.

We have 2 seperate fitting rooms available for the brides and 1 fitting for the suits.

Appointment Prices:

- Bridal Dress R150 fitting

- Evening Dress R50 p.p fitting 

- Bridesmaids R50 p.p fitting

- Suits MEN R50 p.p fitting

- Suits KIDS R20 p.p fitting

- Flowergirl R20 p.p fitting

* Please state what appointment you're booking and how many people will be fitting when making the appointment. 

-Appointments are strictly an hour long.

- No plastic cover masks are allowed, your mask should cover your nose and mouth at all times.

- We do not allow anyone in the studio if your temperature is high or you experiencing flu like symptoms. You'll have to reschedule with us.

-If you feel ill the day before or the day of your appointment, please reschedule with us when you're feeling much better.

- No kids are allowed at appointments, unless fittings have been booked for them.

-Please be on time for your appointment, if you're late your appointment will be cancelled (NO EXCEPTIONS).

All appointment payments are done in studio, card or cash.
